Việt Nam, China strengthen collaboration in transportation initiatives

From late 2023 to December 2024, the Ministry of Construction, China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) signed six documents to advance the construction of railways.
