Tim is a Director of Skillpool Talent Solutions, a boutique Perth based recruitment firm specializing in supplying top talent to the Security, and Construction industries across Australia and Southeast Asia. Tim’s passion for his work has helped him become internationally known for delivering exceptional results in some of Asia’s most challenging recruitment landscapes.

Previously, Tim worked for international Tier 1 contracting companies, as a HR and Recruitment Manager where Tim contributed towards the success of numerous major construction and mining projects in India, Macau, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Within Australia, Tim’s expertise also extends across a wide range of industries, that includes Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing, and other key sectors.

In recent years, Tim has been a regular traveller to Vietnam establishing and managing sustainable business relationships which will add value the WAVBC’s growing networks in Vietnam.
