The central city’s People’s Council has approved an investment proposal for the the shared infrastructure items of the Liên Chiểu Port in the second phase in 2026-30, are worth VNĐ6.2 trillion (US$248 million), making it one of the most important projects for decades of driving breakthrough growth.
